Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
1. Platform Commission & Fees
LeviMart charges a non-negotiable 8% commission on the advertised sale price of every gaming account transaction facilitated through the platform. This fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds and covers platform maintenance, verification services, dispute facilitation, and payment infrastructure. The commission structure is disclosed transparently on every listing. Prices may be displayed in USD or LKR at the user's preference.
2. Nature of Service
LeviMart operates as an intermediary marketplace under the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006 of Sri Lanka. We do not take possession of accounts, process escrow payments, or guarantee transactions. All trades occur directly between buyers and sellers via WhatsApp. LeviMart's role is limited to listing aggregation, seller verification, and review moderation.
3. Seller Verification
Sellers may apply for the blue verified badge by submitting documentary evidence of legitimate account ownership (screenshots, screen recordings, purchase receipts). Verification is granted at the sole discretion of the platform administrator (levitopupstorebs@gmail.com). The admin reserves the right to revoke verified status without notice for violations of these terms. Verified status does not constitute a guarantee of account legitimacy by LeviMart.
4. Prohibited Activities
Under the Computer Crime Act, No. 24 of 2007 and Penal Code of Sri Lanka, the following are strictly prohibited: selling stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained accounts; impersonating other sellers; posting misleading account descriptions; engaging in money laundering; and using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
5. Consumer Protection
In accordance with the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003, all listings must contain accurate descriptions of the gaming account being sold. Sellers must disclose any bans, restrictions, or prior ownership transfers. Buyers are advised to conduct due diligence before remitting payment. LeviMart is not a party to the sale contract and assumes no liability for transaction outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All gaming accounts traded remain the intellectual property of their respective game publishers (Garena, Tencent, Moonton, Activision, etc.). LeviMart does not claim ownership of any in-game assets. Users acknowledge that account trading may violate the Terms of Service of individual games and accept sole responsibility for such violations.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. Failing mediation, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, LeviMart (operated by Sasmina Fernando) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commission fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
9. Data & Privacy
User data is processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 (Sri Lanka). WhatsApp numbers are shared only between transacting parties. Email addresses and authentication data are stored securely via Firebase. Users may request data deletion by emailing the administrator.
10. Third-Party Middleman & Off-Platform Deals
LeviMart is strictly a third-party middleman listing and discovery platform. We do not own, hold, escrow, or guarantee any gaming account, and we are never a party to the underlying sale contract between a buyer and seller. If a user chooses to communicate, negotiate, or transact with another party outside of LeviMart's listing and verification process (an "off-platform deal"), LeviMart accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for that transaction, including but not limited to non-delivery, fraud, chargebacks, or account recovery. Users are strongly advised to keep all verification and communication within the process facilitated by LeviMart.
11. Quality & Security Standards
While LeviMart is an independently operated marketplace and does not hold formal ISO or SLS (Sri Lanka Standards Institution) certification in its own name, our data-handling practices are guided by internationally recognized information-security principles consistent with ISO/IEC 27001, and our service-quality practices aim to align with the consumer-protection guidance issued by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI). All account data and authentication are hosted on Google Firebase infrastructure, which independently maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
12. Amendments
These Terms may be amended at any time with 14 days' notice posted on the platform. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance. For queries, contact: levitopupstorebs@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
LeviMart is operated by Sasmina Fernando from Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka, and acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through this platform. Contact: levitopupstorebs@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect email addresses, display names, profile avatars, seller verification documents, listing details, and WhatsApp contact numbers (voluntarily provided by sellers). Payment information is never collected or stored by LeviMart.
3. Firebase Security
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication), which maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Passwords are hashed using Firebase Auth standards. We do not have access to your plaintext password.
4. WhatsApp Integration
When you initiate a purchase, you are redirected to WhatsApp Web/App with a pre-filled message. Your phone number is not stored on LeviMart servers unless you voluntarily add it to your seller profile.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage solely for session persistence (keeping you logged in) and theme preference. No third-party advertising cookies or trackers are implemented.
6. Your Rights (PDPA Sri Lanka)
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. To exercise these rights, email levitopupstorebs@gmail.com with subject "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Middleman Role
LeviMart is a third-party listing and discovery platform only. Personal data shared during an off-platform deal (i.e. a transaction arranged directly between a buyer and seller outside of LeviMart's process) is not visible to, controlled by, or the responsibility of LeviMart. We strongly recommend keeping all communication within the channels facilitated by the platform.
8. Standards We Follow
LeviMart does not hold formal ISO or SLS (Sri Lanka Standards Institution) certification in its own name. However, our data-handling practices are guided by internationally recognized information-security principles consistent with ISO/IEC 27001, and our service-quality approach aims to align with SLSI consumer-protection guidance. Our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase, independently holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
